摘要: Purpose To evaluate the influences of preoperative pupil parameters on visual outcomes a new-generation multifocal toric intraocular lens (IOL) model with surface-embedded near segment. Methods In this prospective study, patients cataract had phacoemulsification and implantation Lentis Mplus LU-313 30TY IOLs (Oculentis GmbH, Berlin, Germany). The optical were measured compared preoperatively postoperatively. correlations between (diameter decentration) 3-month postoperative evaluated using Spearman's rank-order correlation coefficient (Rs) for nonparametric data. Results A total 27 eyes (16 patients) enrolled into current study. Statistically significant improvements in refractive performances found after (P 0; P .05). Conclusions provided excellent during follow-up. size is an important parameter when IOL contemplated surgery.
