摘要: microRNAs (miRNAs) play crucial roles in cancer development and progression by targeting mRNAs for degradation and/or translational repression. microRNA-802 (miR-802) has been reported as a tumor suppressor its deregulation is observed various human cancers. However, the prognostic value of miR-802 underlying mechanisms involved cervical are poorly investigated. The purposes this study were to explore role clarify regulation serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 9 (SRSF9) miR-802. Here, we found that was downregulated both tissues cell lines. Transfection mimic into cells inhibited their proliferation colony formation, promoted cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase apoptosis. In addition, could directly target 3'-untranslated region SRSF9 suppress expression. Rescue experiments revealed overexpression partially reversed inhibition effect cells. Overall, these findings demonstrate functions SRSF9, suggesting might serve potential therapeutic cancer.
