摘要: Described are polypeptide dimers comprising two soluble gp130 molecules wherein each of said is fused to an Fc domain IgG1 protein and the hinge region modified resulting in advantageous properties dimer. In a particularly preferred embodiment, comprises amino acid sequence motif Ala234-Glu235-Gly236-Ala237. Moreover, pharmaceutical composition containing dimer various medical uses described.
