摘要: OBJECTIVE A pilot study to evaluate the surgical and functional results of resection reconstruction diaphyseal bone tumours with cemented uncemented intercalary allografts. DESIGN retrospective case series. SETTING quaternary care unit within a teaching hospital. PATIENTS Twenty-two patients treated between 1988 1992, mean follow-up 38 months (range from 20 70 months). INTERVENTIONS Diagnostic biopsy in all patients. Preoperative postoperative chemotherapy high-grade sarcoma. En-bloc excision tumours. Reconstruction defect (15 patients) or (7 MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES Nonunion at one both osteosynthesis sites, death systemic disease, amputation.
