摘要: Abstract A novel aggregation-induced emission (AIE) probe comprised of a hydrophilic protein kinase specific peptide and hydrophobic tetraphenylethene (TPE) unit was synthesized through click reaction. The prepared TPE-peptide could be completely degraded by carboxypeptidase Y (CPY) to release TPE part, which aggregated in buffer solution showed strong emission. In the presence casein (CKII), phosphorylation prevented complete degradation CPY producing nonemissive probe. Thus, developed can used detect CKII homogeneously conveniently. This detection process finished within 1.5 h with high sensitivity (0.05 mU/μL) good selectivity. method also screen inhibitor even complex biological system.
