摘要: Biostatistics plays a key role in all phases of clinical research starting from the design to monitoring, data collection, analysis, and interpretation results. A clear understanding statistical framework as it relates study hypothesis, reported results, is vital for scientific integrity its acceptance general medical community. In this brief report, we will put perspective analytical exploring validating prognostic factors using large databases.
