摘要: In the present study, normal endogenous activity level of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was investigated in cerebral hemispheres and cerebellum female mice as a function age. The effects 24-h fasting refeeding, dietary restriction (DR) on AChE its protein expression patterns were also young (1-month) old (18-month) mice. Our results show that (U/mg protein) is decreased significantly which reverses back refeeding. On other hand, DR produces an accumulative effect; thereby it decreases this enzyme both degree reduction different magnitude, dictated age- brain region-specific manner. findings suggest regulates may be useful related neurodegenerative disease conditions.
