摘要: Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) is characterized by the persistent elevation of beta HCG. It comprises invasive mole, placental site tumor and choriocarcinoma. Effective chemotherapy regimens have largely replaced hysterectomy as a primary mode treatment in GTN. Even then not all cases can be cured with alone. However, there are still some indications wherein plays crucial role. To discuss emphasize role certain specific situation on Trophoblastic Neoplasia. We citing three interesting scenarios where played major management GTN along literature review recent articles that been published this topic. very chemosensitive; even surgical extirpation including has vital their management.
