摘要: Ultrasound assessments of fetal growth have been used in other species primates to estimate age, but there are no published morphometrics for the St. Kitts green monkey (Chlorocebus sabaeus), a that has important studies transplantation tissue into brain as potential treatment degenerative disease. Previous with primate relatively small numbers pregnancies, measured repeatedly, derive regressions predicting age from ultrasound studies. The present study derives data 967 collected over 9-year period, measurements crown rump length, biparietal diameter, head circumference, abdominal and femur length monkey. Linear polynomial were determined pregnancies dated 3- 4-day breeding period confirmed second, independent group pregnant monkeys more extended times determine their accuracy age. Although similar reported species, some significant differences. These will improve estimates ages previously provide precise development, genomics, reproductive toxicology.
