摘要: We report an epidemiological study of gastroschisis and omphalocele performed through the Spanish Collaborative Study Congenital Malformations. Among 264,502 live births analyzed from April 1976 to September 1981, 12 40 omphaloceles were identified. The overall incidence was 0.4 per 10,000 1.5 for omphalocele. showed a significant secular trend with mean annual increase 0.38 livebirths. maternal age 21.42, which is significantly lower than control group (p less 0.01). isolated ages U-shape distribution. Maternal vaginal bleeding, gestational age, birth weight different between controls. Mortality within first 3 days life higher in gastroschisis, syndromic omphaloceles, those associated other malformations when compared No consanguinity or familial cases observed either omphaloceles.
