摘要: 1. Autoradiographic binding studies have shown that the AT1 receptor is predominant angiotensin II (AngII) subtype in central nervous system (CNS). Major sites of receptors are lamina terminalis, hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus, lateral parabrachial rostral and caudal ventrolateral medulla, nucleus solitary tract intermediolateral cell column thoraco-lumbar spinal cord. 2. While there differences between species, AT2 found mainly cerebellum, inferior olive locus coeruleus rat. 3. Circulating AngII acts on subfornical organ organum vasculosum terminalis (OVLT) to stimulate neurons may a role initiating water drinking. 4. Centrally administered act median preoptic elsewhere induce drinking, sodium appetite, sympathetic vasoconstrictor response vasopressin secretion. 5. Recent evidence shows centrally antagonists inhibit dipsogenic, natriuretic, pressor secretory responses intracerebroventricular infusion hypertonic saline. This suggests n angiotensinergic neural pathway has osmoregulatory responses. 6. Central pathways which include inputs medulla use play function maintaining arterial pressure.
