摘要: Resume Le choix therapeutique dans le psoriasis est un processus multidimensionnel complexe qui prend en compte des facteurs lies au patient et elements a la maladie. La standardisation criteres d’inclusion les etudes cliniques exclut une proportion importante de patients avec formes particulieres ou souffrant comorbidites qu’il faut cependant traiter vraie vie. Les principaux influencant sont l’âge, grossesse chez femme desir conception l’homme, l’insuffisance renale hepatique, risque infectieux neoplasique, metaboliques cardiovasculaires, psychiatriques, l’observance mode caractere instable lesions, localisations acrales (paumes, plantes, ongles, visage cuir chevelu), erythrodermique, pustuleux, gouttes, rhumatisme psoriasique associe. propositions therapeutiques formulees ce travail basees sur analyse critique litterature pratique experts.
