摘要: A number of native and modified milk proteins from bovine or human sources were analyzed for their inhibitory effects on immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) HIV-2 in vitro an MT4 cell test system. The investigated lactoferrin, alpha-lactalbumin, beta-lactoglobulin A, B. By acylation the amino function lysine residues proteins, using anhydrides succinic acid cis-aconitic acid, protein derivatives obtained that all showed a strong antiviral activity against and/or 2. IC50 values aconitylated concentration range 0.3 to 3 nM. Succinylation aconitylation alpha-lactalbumin A/B also produced anti-HIV-2 with order 500 3000 All compounds virtually no cytotoxicity at used. Peptide-scanning studies indicated lactoferrin as well charged strongly bind V3 loop gp120 envelope protein, Kd same above-mentioned IC50. Therefore, shielding this domain, resulting inhibition virus-cell fusion entry into cells, may be likely underlying mechanism action.
