摘要: The renin-angiotensin system (RAS) plays an important role in regulating blood pressure, water-salt balance and the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. Angiotensin II (Ang II) is physiologically active mediator mediates main pathophysiological actions RAS. Ang exerts effects by activating its receptors, primarily type 1 (AT1R) 2 (AT2R). Most known are mediated AT1R activation. precise physiological function AT2R still not clear. Generally, considered to oppose AT1R. Lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein scavenger receptor-1 (LOX-1) one major receptors responsible for binding, internalizing degrading ox-LDL. activation LOX-1 has been be related many events, including endothelial dysfunction injury, fibroblast growth, vascular smooth muscle cell hypertrophy. Many these alterations present atherosclerosis, hypertension, myocardial ischemia remodeling. A growing body evidence suggests existence a cross-talk between receptors. Their interplays embodied reciprocal regulation their expression activity. involved series signals. Recent studies that reactive oxygen species (ROS), nitric oxide (NO), protein kinase C (PKC) mitogen activated kinases (MAPKs) signals cross-talk. This paper reviews aspects dyslipidemia RAS
