摘要: Dysfunction of trophoblast metastasis into the endometrium is main cause pre-eclampsia (PE); however, factors affecting this process are still unclear. In study, we found that endoplasmic reticulum protein 29 (ERp29), one molecular chaperone reticulum, was aberrantly upregulated in placenta pre-eclamptic patients compared with healthy controls. Then, an vitro study using human extravillous HTR-8/SVneo cells showed ERp29 upregulation could inhibit migratory and invasive ability cells, while downregulation had opposite effect. Mechanical experiments confirmed blocked via inhibiting epithelial-mesenchymal transition Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. conclusion, revealed important role improved mechanical understanding PE occurrence.
