摘要: The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) protein 29 (ERp29) is a molecular chaperone that plays critical role in secretion from the ER eukaryotic cells. Recent studies have also shown ERp29 cancer. It has been demonstrated inversely associated with primary tumor development and functions as suppressor by inducing cell growth arrest breast However, reported to promote epithelial morphogenesis, survival against genotoxic stress distant metastasis.
