摘要: The in vitro peripheral leucocyte migration test was used to study cell-mediated hypersensitivity whole rat liver nuclei, calf thymus deoxyribonucleoprotein and highly polymerized deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) patients with circulating antinuclear antibody (ANA) suffering from different pulmonary diseases. The group pleuropulmonary systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) showed significant inhibition of nuclei (P<0·001), DNA (P<0·025) nucleoprotein (P<0·05). In contrast, the groups ANA-positive cryptogenic fibrosing alveolitis (CFA) asbestosis only (P<0·025). Individual CFA evidence lymphocyte sensitization as well DNA. Involvement delayed nuclear antigens tissue damage is therefore possible some, but not all these diseases. There no any intrinsic asthma, sclerosis or Sjogren's syndrome. Corticosteroid therapy substantially reduced SLE CFA. From studies it concluded that constantly related ANA types disease, appear stimulate variable immunological responses suggested this may depend upon initiating circumstances host response.
