摘要: Abstract Peripheral blood T lymphocytes from patients with idiopthic pulmonary fibrosis and matched normal controls were examined for their helper function in an vitro antibody synthesis assay. This assay measures the dose-related T-cell regulation of production by B cells presence pokeweed mitogen. Eight 14 expressed significantly increased activity, three exhibited no change, had depressed function. All excessive active neutrophilic alveolitis as determined bronchoalveolar lavage on day study.
