摘要: Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) was first isolated in swine alveolar macrophages (SAMs) has subsequently been reported to replicate other cell lines. Entry of the virus inside takes place by receptor-mediated endocytosis. Following entry into cell, several not completely understood changes take place. PRRSV be an apoptotic-inductor both vivo vitro. Interestingly, it suggested that PRRSV-induced apoptosis occurs cells than those which replicates a bystander mechanism. In this paper ultrastructural pathogenesis will reviewed.
