摘要: We have performed dielectric relaxation measurements via a time domain reflectometry (TDR) method to study dynamic behaviors of the segmental flexibility immunoglobulin G (IgG) in aqueous solution without antigen binding. In general, an intermediate process due bound water is observed around 100 MHz at 25 degrees C for common proteins between two processes overall rotation and reorientation free water. However, 6 IgG was both hinge-bending motion. The apparent activation energy 33 kJ/mol larger than 27 only water, strength about five times as large expected shape curve very broad asymmetric. These characteristic differences arising from motion disappeared fragments decomposed hydrolyzed by papain, since did not exist this case. separated obtained Fab-Fab angle 130 Kirkwood's correlation parameter 34
