摘要: The gel–liquid crystal phase transition has been studied by the temperature and frequency dependent dielectric relaxation behavior of liposomes in an aqueous solution (40 g L−1 DPPC–water mixture). Four processes were observed range from 40 Hz to 30 GHz which ascribed different molecular mechanisms, related structural units system. was also described very accurately temperature-dependent strength, time symmetric shape parameter functions obtained fitting procedure. Relaxation process 3, procedure, confirmed modulus analysis. A comparison lipid membrane with non-biological systems like liquid crystals performed. It determined that a ferroelectric behavior. Process 3 is comparable soft mode detected close smectic-C*–smectic-A transition. Differential scanning calorimetry used confirm this mixture.
