摘要: Background The Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation (NOSE) instrument is a disease-specific questionnaire for assessing the outcome of an intervention in nasal obstruction trials. This only available English language and cross-culturally valid questionnaires are very important all research, including obstruction. aim current study was to reproduce cross-cultural adaptation process NOSE Portuguese (NOSE-p). Methodology/principal Cross-cultural validation were divided into two stages. Stage 1 involved four bilingual professionals, expert committee author original instrument. In 2, NOSE-p tested on 33 patients undergoing septoplasty internal consistency, test-retest reliability, construct validity, discriminant criterion response sensitivity.
