摘要: In Mexico, tourism represents the third-highest source of foreign currency, whereby 2020 number visitors will be 45 million. The destination Los Cabos Beach has become one most important sites due to growing reception tourists. However, as any enclave development presents a higher population growth, it places coastal municipalities with considerable growth at national level. As result, there is an accelerated increase in demand for water resources. This chapter analyzes and dynamics, well their effect, on future Cabos, BCS. methodology quantitative, based analysis statistical data representative variables (flow visitors, length stay, hotel rooms, total population, consumption, average availability water) through which scenarios were projected. results warn that cause enormous pressures hydrological situation leads reconsideration, behalf authorities charge management, design policies execute actions lead rational use resource, think about alternative sources supply. While some projections may underestimated, they provide valuable quantitative information point reference decision-making. Also, generated contributes greater understanding local challenges respect sustainability this vital resource.
