摘要: The kinetic and pharmacological properties of low voltage-activated (LVA) Ca2+ channels were studied in neurons the laterodorsal (LD) thalamic nucleus brain slices from 12-day-old rats. A homogeneous population LVA was found tested neurons. current evoked by a step depolarization holding potential more negative than −70 mV to be sensitive nifedipine (Kd=2.6 (M). This gained its maximum at −55 demonstrated fast monoexponential decay with time constant 32.3±4.0 msec (n=15). Lanthanum (1 μM) effectively blocked current, while nickel (25 did not affect this current. It is concluded that that, according their properties, provide cannot regarded as T-type belong some other type channels.
