摘要: When Locusta migratoria spermatocytes are surface-spread on various salines, the axial element of leptotene and zygotene chromosomes, synaptonemal complex pachytene chromosomes well-preserved, although, in most instances, virtually denuded chromatin. A association chromosome ends with nuclear membrane is apparent as early leptotene, and, pairing initiated, attachment points partner half-bivalents fuse, apparently incorporating additional material between them. The meiotic kinetochore originates during prophase, prior to formation condensation.
