摘要: AN improved and extended method for separating quantitating molecular species of four phospholipid classes is presented. Crude lipid extract first separated into on a silica column. Each class then without derivatization using high-performance liquid chromatography columns packed with octadecyl silica. Quantitation individual achieved by measuring absorbance at 205 nm. Factors converting absorbancies to mol fractions have been determined. nm agrees well quantitation gas which preferred phosphate analysis. One hundred identified.
