This study aims investigate role activation Toll like receptor (TLR)3 in induction germ apoptosis. In this study, spermatogonial stem cells (SSC) were isolated from C57BL/6 mouse testes. expression TLR3 on SSC was by RT-qPCR and Western blotting. polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid (Poly I:C) employed activate SSCs. results showed that re-activation PolyI:C induced Exposure interferon regulatory factor 3 (IRF3) phosphorylation IRF3 formed a complex TLR3/IRF3 bound promoter Fas ligand promoted SSC, thus conclusion, present indicate induces apoptosis, which implies viral interfere development.
