摘要: Methodology used to support changes the Regulations for bottled water in Food and Drugs Act of Canada, which include criteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa (0 colony-forming units/100 mL water), was assess survival P. inoculated water. The effects on Salmonella spp. were also investigated. methodology isolation included use hydrophobic grid membrane filters, a resuscitation step tryptic soy agar, selective plating agar xylose lysine desoxycholate salmonellae. salmonellae proliferated survived up 100days or longer. had synergistic effect salmonellae, enabling them survive more than 140 days double distilled water.Key words: aeruginosa, water, methodology.
