摘要: Two-hundred-seventy biopsy specimens from 47 patients undergoing liver transplants at the University of Minnesota were analyzed to determine if histological features could predict eventual outcome rejection episodes. Thirty-six (76.6%) rejected transplant. Of these, five either suffered acute failure due (two cases) or developed chronic (three cases). Features significance in predicting such a bad arteritis, bile duct paucity, simultaneous hepatocellular ballooning and dropout necrosis. Other features, as type intensity infiltrate, degree damage, simple presence necrosis, not predictive outcome. Our conclusion is that useful Since many histologic findings value present initial pretreatment specimens, follow-up biopsies being treated for are recommended assess efficacy therapy.
