摘要: The owl's auditory system computes interaural time (ITD) and level (ILD) differences to create a two-dimensional map of space. Space-specific neurons are selective for combinations ITD ILD, which define, respectively, the horizontal vertical dimensions their receptive fields. curves postsynaptic potentials indicate that ICx integrate results binaural cross correlation in different frequency bands.
