摘要: mRNA localization is the common mechanism used by cells to attain polarity and cellular asymmetry. In this work, I was focused on two RNA-binding proteins that involve in ASH1 budding yeast. Khd1p associates with more than 1000 targets. Majority of them code for cell wall secretory proteins. My results suggest it has potential associate endoplasmic reticulum (ER) required targeting MID2 ER. Loc1p involved formation nuclear ASH1-mRNP complex. During export, displaced She2p-She3p
