摘要: Abstract A successful recipe for the production of immobilized invertase/porous silicon layer with appropriate catalytic behavior sucrose hydrolysis reaction is presented. The procedure based on support surface chemical oxidation, silanization, activation glutaraldehyde and finally covalent bonding free enzyme to functionalized surface. composite as a function pH, temperature, current density applied in porous (PS) preparation investigated. Interestingly, V max undergoes substantial increase (ca. 30%) upon immobilization. value K m increases by factor 1.53 initial activity still preserved up 28 days while 26% loss after same period. Based outcomes this study, we believe that tailored PS layers may be used development new bioreactors which active internal walls not lost during process.
