摘要: Summary Bureaucratic job structuring was compared with person–job integration in an attempt to determine which of the two approaches a better means for innovation implementation workplace. The solution hypothesized be complex, depending on criteria chosen effectiveness. Seventy incumbents new linking roles healthcare organizations were recruited. They provided data innovation–implementation approach applied their case. Measures different stakeholders’ perceptions effectiveness gathered. Three colleagues performance appraisals, reflecting internal customers’ effectiveness, each incumbent completed questionnaire about burnout as reversed proxy and semi-structured observations incumbents’ activities index fit between role behaviors requirements, external While appraisals found gain most from through bureaucratic structuring, requirements benefited integration.
