摘要: Extracellular membrane vesicles (MVs) 30-1000 nm in diameter and of varying cellular origins are increasingly recognized for their participation a range processes, including the pathogenesis various diseases, such as: (1) atherosclerosis, (2) thromboembolism, (3) osteoarthritis (OA), (4) chronic renal disease pulmonary hypertension, (5) tissue invasion metastasis by cancer cells, (6) gastric ulcers bacterial infections, (7) periodontitis. MVs derived from many different cell types intracellular mechanisms, perform metabolic functions or roles, depending on origin. The presence metabolically active, outer is distinguishing feature all MVs, regardless type origin irrespective terminologies applied to them as exosomes, microparticles, matrix vesicles. The MV provides one few protected controlled internal microenvironments outside cells which specific objectives host may be pursued vigorously at distance cell. also involved forms normal abnormal intercellular communication. Evidence emerging that circulating good predictors severity several diseases. In addition, recently, role inducing immunity against infections has become topic interest researchers area therapeutics. main objective this review list briefly describe well-defined roles selected diseases they seem have significant pathogenesis.
