摘要: We report here the establishment of a culture breast epithelial cells derived from carcinoma male rat induced by implantation combination 17β-estradiol and testosterone propionate. This serially cultivated cell line has been demonstrated, variety criteria, to be neoplastic mammary line. The criteria used include morphological growth characteristics, presence specific antigens, steroid hormone receptors, responsiveness, karyotype analysis. These lines may useful for number in-vitro studies explore mechanism(s) hormonal carcinogenesis. Inasmuch as expresses androgen receptor, it serve valuable in vitro model which assess effects endogenous exogenous androgens known play an important role
