摘要: Tissue repair is an essential process that reestablishes tissue integrity and regular function. Nevertheless, different therapeutic factors clinical conditions may interfere in this of periapical healing. This review aims to discuss the important associated with protocol used during root canal treatment highlight systemic healing endodontically treated teeth. The antibacterial strategies indicated conventional inflamed infected pulp modulation host's immune response assist repair, if wound has been hindered by infection. Systemic conditions, such as diabetes mellitus hypertension, can also inhibit success affected correct choice protocol. These are dependent on sanitization (instrumentation, irrigant solution, irrigating strategies, intracanal dressing), apical limit preparation obturation, quality sealer. challenges affecting teeth include control inflammation or infectious processes simultaneous neutralization unpredictable provocations tissue. Along these factors, one must understand local general (systemic health patient) affect outcome prediction.
