摘要: Abstract Thin single-crystal films of nickel ferrite have been grown on magnesia substrates. The structure the has examined using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission diffraction. are characterized by arrays planar faults {110} due to in cation arrangements spinel lattice. origin these defects is discussed.
