Relationship Between Intradermal Tumor Suppression and Tumor Immunity 2

摘要: Intradermal (id) injection of three tumor-immune stimulant mixtures (LSTRA-BCG, 13762A-BCG, CaD2-Corynebacterium parvum) was superior to the sc site for suppression tumor growth: Suppression LSTRA-BCG even less efficient after an ip or iv injectiouppression at all four sites. In model, id not uniquely favorable either afferent efferent limb immune response; other sites produced equally effectiveimmunization rejection challenge. We concluded that local cell-immune frequently more effective in skin than sites, did depend primarily on immunity, and immunity were by routes tested.
