Influence of pH on separation of nucleotides by electrophoresis and chromatography on ion-exchange paper

摘要: Abstract The influence of pH on the mobilities mono-, di-, and triphosphates adenosine, guanosine, cytidine, uridine in electrophoresis chromatography ion-exchange paper (Whatman DE 81) has been studied. Buffers composed acetic acid sodium citrate different pH's have used both for chromatography. data are presented a tabular graphic form so that suitable given separation can be found. Bidimensional electrochromatographies twelve nucleotides also reported. Separations mixtures obtained times varying from few minutes to 13 hr, depending complexity mixtures.
