摘要: The mono-, di-, and triphosphates of adenosine, cytidine, guanosine, uridine were sepd. by isotachophoresis in several different electrolyte systems. At lower pH, the differences step-height greater, complete sepn. a mixt. UMP, UTP, UDP, GDP, GMP, AMP, ADP, CMP was obtained 30 min at pH 3.7 with 0.01N HCl 1-naphthylamine as caproic acid terminator. [on SciFinder (R)]
