摘要: AbstractThe aim of this study was to identify receptors present on the buccal mucosa in order select appropriate lectins that will allow retention a dosage form within oral cavity. Studies using human cells, avidin-biotin-complex/diaminobenzidine method for identifying lectin binding and microdensitometer semi-quantitative analysis stain intensity, showed wide diversity receptors. Kinetic studies cells revealed significant after 20 s, particularly from Pisum sativum Arachis hypogaea.
