摘要: Near infrared (NIR) sensitive Au–Au2S nanoparticles are intensively being developed for biomedical applications including drug and gene delivery. Although all possible clinical will require compatibility of with the biological milieu, their in vivo capabilities limitations have not yet been explored. cisplatin-loaded were successfully synthesized by reduction tetrachloroauric acid (HAuCl4) using sodium sulfide (Na2S), cisplatin was loaded onto NIR via an MUA (11-mercaptoundecanoic acid) layer. In this work, acute systemic toxicity vivo, blood biochemistry assay, tissue distribution mice carried out to further investigate biocompatibility biodistribution these nanoparticles. The results from studies demonstrated that both (<200 μg/mL) might a great advantage good safety.
