摘要: Objective The purpose of this study was to adapt the painDETECT Questionnaire (PD-Q) into a Korean version (KPD-Q) and validate it. Methods A single-center prospective observational performed. During first phase study, linguistic adaptation carried out develop KPD-Q. second feasibility, internal consistency, discriminant validity, concurrent validity were assessed for psychometric validation KPD-Q. Results A total 232 patients participated. Among them, 82 (35%) classified in neuropathic pain (NeP) group, 80 (34%) nociceptive 70 (30%) mixed group. Regarding reliability KPD-Q, consistency whole scale 0.804, as evaluated by Cronbach's alpha. Pearson's correlation between Leeds Assessment Neuropathic Symptoms Signs KPD-Q scores positive statistically significant (r = 0.74, P < 0.001). Similar result obtained original developers, value ≥ 19 points suggested clear diagnosis presence an NeP component with 95.4% sensitivity, 73.8% specificity, 0.737 Youden index. We used ≤ 13 (as opposed 12, previously) alternative cutoff value, which showed sensitivity 95.4%, specificity 73.8%, index 0.691. Conclusion The good features assessing chronic patients. hope that newly validated will be recognized Korea credible tool detection thus may further international clinical research.
