摘要: Aims: In this study, we report a new, simple methodology for the monitoring of Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia cysts in drinking water samples, ranging from 10- to 1000-l, which combines new ARAD microfibre filtration (oo)cysts loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) human pathogenic parvum, hominis, meleagridis duodenalis Assemblage A B specific DNA sequence. Methods Results: During evaluation concentration detection technique, spiked reagent matrix samples plus blank were filtered tested. total, 27 have been investigated. The results clearly demonstrate that using filter, passed through 1000 l with high turbidity (2 NTU), followed by LAMP assay was able detect at least one (oo)cyst 10 l based on 1000-l sample, taken over 24-h period. Conclusions: described protozoa is sensitive, rapid cost-effective. Significance Impact Study: This effective procedure will be useful small waterworks achieve continuous also value screening catchments identify those require further treatment more detailed microscopic counts.
