摘要: Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a novel molecular method that accelerates and facilitates DNA detection under conditions. It represents revolution in biology by reducing the high cost, turnaround time technicality of polymerase chain reaction other methods. has been applied for diagnosis variety viral, bacterial, parasitic diseases biomedical field. LAMP involved studies concerning malaria which still major cause morbidity mortality different parts world. For success attained with this technology to diagnose human malaria, it think LAMP-based point-of-care diagnostics come application support clinical cases? The present review deals use related investigations make view on what investigated highlights future perspectives regarding possible applications disease.
