摘要: Cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4 (CTLA-4) gene polymorphisms have been associated with many autoimmune diseases and malignancy susceptibility, but the relationship between CTLA-4 cervical cancer is still controversial. Hence, a meta-analysis of published studies for risk was performed to evaluate association them. Odds ratios (ORs) 95 % confidence intervals (CIs) codominant, dominant, recessive genetic models were assessed. The fixed or random effect pooled measure selected on basis heterogeneity test among studies. evaluated using I2. Eight 2,835 cases 2,560 controls included. In seven +49A/G polymorphism, significant showed A allele increased in codominant (OR 1.16, CI 1.05–1.29), dominant 1.18, 1.03–1.36), 1.24, 1.05–1.56) models. five −318C/T C reduced 0.79, 0.66–0.94) 0.76, 0.63–0.93) This suggested that significantly cancer. However, further are required draw solid conclusion relation polymorphism
