摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to develop an effective Medicago sativa extraction method using enzyme-assisted supercritical fluid (EA-SFE). response surface methodology (RSM) based on Box-Behnken design chosen optimize the parameters process, i.e., temperature, pressure and percentage co-solvent for total phenolics content antioxidants. Commercial enzyme preparation kemzyme applied M. leaves. antioxidant in optimal conditions from enzymatically hydrolyzed leaves carried out by (SFE) with 96% ethanol as a co-solvent. Optimal TPC activity were: temperature 68 °C, 205 bar 15.5% addition. For sake comparison, conventional performed. obtained results showed that use commercial formulation allowed phenolic compounds extract increase compared control. HPLC-MS/MS characterization revealed digested material much more efficient (142.69 ± 5.11 μg/g) than non-digested (94.17 ± 4.80 μg/g) or (57.42 ± 2.25 μg/g). Our work offers protocol enhanced release biological active plant cells.
