摘要: There are several mechanisms for antibiotic-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The purpose of this study is to investigate the association between expression efflux pump-coding genes and antibiotic resistance in P. aeruginosa causing urinary tract infections (UTIs). We extracted RNA from 105 clinical strains isolated UTI patients with full data on MICs assayed real-time quantitative reverse-transcription PCR. investigated gene expressions four nodulation cell division-type multi-drug pump systems (MexAB-OprM, MexCD-OprJ, MexEF-OprN MexXY(-OprA)) correlation nine antibiotics, risk factors resistance-related mexB, mexC, mexE mexY. Multivariate statistical demonstrated a significant relationship increased mexB or mexC complicated (Odds ratio=8.03, P<0.001 Odds ratio=8.86, P=0.032, respectively). also found levofloxacin (LVFX) ratio=4.48, P=0.035). In conclusion, leads LVFX UTI. These results contribute our knowledge system resistance.
