摘要: Background: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an important cause of hospital-acquired infections that can create serious problem for patients and physicians. Many factors are associated with the antibiotic resistance P. aeruginosa, such as efflux pumps. Objectives: The aim this study was phenotypic molecular detection pumps in our clinical isolates a comparison between burn non-burn specimens. Materials Methods: In study, strains were collected from specimens April - July 2013. Antibiotic susceptibility testing performed after biochemical identification. minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) imipenem, cefepime, gentamycin, ciprofloxacin, without carbonyl cyanide 3-chlorophenylhydrazone (CCCP), determined Results: Our results confirmed 203 60 specimens, respectively. most observed against tobramycin both group no seen to colistin. Phenotypic correlate > 4-fold decrease MICs tested antibiotics CCCP compared 57 strains. Conclusions: High-level occur result multidrug combined other mechanisms resistance. However, association over-expression these genes highly resistant cannot be ignored.
