摘要: Classification of lung adenocarcinoma was largely revised in the 4th edition WHO classification tumors lung, pleura, thymus, and heart published 2015. This chapter deals with major changes classification, briefly describing definition, gross histopathological findings, genetic profiles clinical features each subtype, variants adenocarcinoma. Special reference also made to prognostic aspects. Each subtype may be categorized into either good, intermediate, or poor group.
